I just found out that the RYA issued an update to their Portsmouth handicaps this spring based on race results in the UK. We rely on the RYA handicaps for scoring dinghy races.
These make a very slight difference to several boats in our fleet:

A positive difference means skippers in that boat have to sail faster.
After consultation with appropriate members in the club, I will be implementing these new handicaps for races as of September 5th.
